Booking is simple! Start by filling out our Event Request Form to initiate the process. Once availability is confirmed, you'll receive a digital proposal detailing our exciting services. To secure your booking, a $50 deposit per character is required, payable online, over the phone, or in person. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. Travel fees are applicable for locations over 15 miles from our studio. Rush fees apply for last-minute bookings. Additional fees may apply for bookings at hotels, resorts, and during holidays. For parties with more than 12 children, or when three or more characters are booked, fees for additional attendants may apply.
