The presented packages are designed for 10 guests including the birthday child. More guests can be accommodated for an additional cost. Spa services are for entertainment purposes only. We are not licensed estheticians. Packages serve as itinerary guidelines; entertainers reserve the right to amend the itineraries at their professional discretion. Various factors including weather, child headcount and venue space may impact our ability to perform the desired activities. Travel fees apply to locations further than 20 miles from our studio. Booking Process: Fill out an Event Request Form to initiate our booking process. When we have confirmed the details and our availability, you will receive a digital proposal for the services. We require a $50 deposit (per character) to reserve the date and time of your party which can be paid for online with card or bank transfer, over-the-phone, via CashApp or Zelle, or in-person with cash or check at our venue. Your party balance will be due two-weeks before your event date. Rush fees apply for bookings paid within 2 business days of the event date. Additional fees apply to bookings at hotels and resorts. Additional fees apply on select holiday dates.
